Distroptiek is een Stichting in 1982 opgericht door 6 brillenglasleveranciers om zo snel mogelijk de opticiens in Nederland te voorzien van brillenglazen voor hun klanten. Inmiddels is deze organistaie uitgegroeid tot een logistiek netwerk met ruim 1400 abonees die een kast bij de winkel hebben en 5 maal per week worden bevoorraad (ongeveer 75.000 pakketten per nacht) door 15 leveranciers van brillenglas, contractlenzen, vloeistoffen en gehoorapparatuur.
